Legal documents are by their very nature extremely confidential items requiring a dedicated, confidential and secure method of transport when they cannot be faxed or e-mailed.
SDSA Motorcycle Courier services offer exactly this type of service, our rider will collect the document and it will remain his sole responsibility until it is delivered. We must emphasise that no one, other than the rider who collect the document will ever handle or see it. If the rider has to stop for fuel, the document will remain on his possession and not left locked on the motorcycle luggage.
This courier service is applicable to many legal documents, for example deeds, wills, contracts, writs, in fact any document of a highly confidential nature.
In the case of some legal documents, it may be required that the document is signed and witnessed and then returned back to you. This is a service that our couriers provide on a regular basis, if a witness is required on a document our rider will be happy to provide it at the time of signing.
For reasons of safety, if your task requires the courier to return the document to you and the outbound journey is 350 or more riding miles, the document will be returned to you next day. Although you will be notified once the document has been signed by phone. In an instance such as this a charge will be made for subsistence and accommodation and this will be added to you bill, this will also be included in your quotation.
Loan Application Documents
SDSA Motorcycle Couriers are increasingly being requested to collect completed loan applications by major loan companies, so we felt it worth mentioning that we can offer this service. We are hearing more and more from loan companies that their clients are forgetting to send their applications back or they are being lost in the post, thus delaying the processing of the applications. We are happy to collect completed applications and deliver them to you.
